I drove around to all my local stores, and generally found this ladder or one substantially identical for approximately the same price -- plus a delivery fee of as much as $50 or more. Since I don't have a car that could transport a ten foot ladder, the free shipping on this ladder made it a no-brainer purchase.The shipping was a little annoying -- Amazon sent it through a carrier that required a delivery signature -- but I can't complain at the price. I only wish I'd skipped local shopping and gone to Amazon first. The only thing I found wrong with it was at the top their supposed to be a magnet but it's not strong enough to hold a small bolt and nut.
